Return & Refund Policy

At Legend Clad, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every jacket and pair of shoes we sell — whether it's an anime-inspired leather piece, a movie-icon jacket, a biker classic, or fashion-forward footwear. If something isn't right, we make it right.



1. Our Return Promise

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. We believe shopping should be risk-free, which is why we cover all return shipping costs — no hidden fees, no complicated process.



2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request. Returns requested after 30 days of the delivery date will unfortunately not be accepted.



3. Item Condition for Returns

We want to make returns easy for you. Items are eligible for return even if they have been worn once. However, items that have been extensively worn, damaged through use, or are in an unwearable condition will not be accepted for return.



To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following:

  • Worn once at most — items worn multiple times are not eligible

  • Free from strong odors, stains, or signs of heavy use

  • Original tags and packaging included where possible (not mandatory but preferred)

  • No irreversible alterations or modifications made to the item



4. Non-Returnable Items

Legend Clad has a generous return policy — all product categories are eligible for returns, including jackets, shoes, anime, gaming, movie, fashion, and biker collections, provided they meet the condition requirements above.



The only items we cannot accept back are:

  • Items that have been worn multiple times and show clear signs of extended use

  • Items that have been physically damaged, torn, or altered by the customer

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window



5. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return with us is simple. Follow these steps:

  • Step 1 — Contact us at returns@legendclad.com with your order number and reason for return

  • Step 2 — Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a prepaid return shipping label

  • Step 3 — Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest courier location using the label provided

  • Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days



6. Return Shipping Cost

Legend Clad covers all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label at no charge to you. You will never be asked to pay for return postage on an eligible return.



7. Refund Options

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our quality team, you can choose from the following resolution options:



Option A — Full Money Refund

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.



Option B — Replacement Item

If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will ship you the same item in a different size, color, or variant (subject to availability) at no additional cost. Replacement orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of the return being approved.



8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@legendclad.com with photos of the issue. In these cases:

  • We will cover all return shipping costs

  • You will receive a full refund or a replacement item — your choice

  • No return window restriction applies to damaged or incorrect items



9. Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We are happy to help you exchange your item. Contact our support team within the 30-day window and we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. Exchange shipping is also covered by Legend Clad.



10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation email, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@legendclad.com
